Ring size can be determined physically using a plastic, paper or a ring sizer made of metal (as an indicator) or by measuring the inner diameter of rings that already fits.

Ring sticks are instruments used to measure the inner dimensions of a ring. They generally made of delrin, plastic, wood or aluminium, or multiple materials. For precise measurement, digital ringsticks can be utilized.
